Comments:

After the Seattle, I went to the TR, CVN 71. I met my husband on that ship, we both got out and moved around a bit before he re-joined the Army, now we are up here in Alaska. I have gone back to school to attain my degree in criminal investigations. Maybe one day I will return to the military as an officer, but for now, I am needed more at home with my babies and I am so very blessed to be able to stay home and be with them.

Ship Story:

We all complained and hated being onboard the Seattle so much, but I have heard so many people wish that we could all go back to those times since we all left. I am no different. I never felt the same family atomosphere that I felt on the Seattle after I left. I loved the Navy and no job I had after serving gave me the pride I felt then, either, I sure do miss my Navy brothers and sisters.
