Registration for Cleveland Reunion 2023

You MUST make your own hotel reservations for the reunion in addition to completing the USS SEATTLE online registration for events, transportation and meals.

You can register your hotel rooms by phone or by using the hotel’s online reservation system.  Details for each option are below.

The Reunion room rate of $119.00 plus tax and is available for 3 days prior to the 9^th and 3 days after the 13^th.   Breakfast for two is included in the room charge. We have holds on a certain number of rooms.  If you are told the rate cannot be applied, please cancel the call and contact David Holton at 704-698-5948 as we will get the hotel to add additional rooms to our contract and only he can do that.  Then, he will contact you and you can register.

You can cancel or change your reservations up to 24 hours before arrival to avoid a one-night charge.

Hotel Reservations by Phone

1. Call 1-216-252-5333.  This is direct to the hotel.  Do not use the 1-800 number.
2. Tell operator you want reservations for Discount Code 080923USS
3. Register with the operator.

Hotel Reservations On-line

1. Place cursor over USS Seattle AOE-3 Reunion Veterans Assoc 
2. Hold down Ctrl and left click.  Takes you to dedicated Seattle Registration form.
3. Arrival and Departure dates are filled in.  YOU MUST CHANGE THEM
4. Click on ARRIVAL and select your arrival date
5. Click on CHECKOUT and select your Checkout date.
6. Click on arrow to select # of rooms and # of people.
7. DO NOT CLICK ON RATE APPLIED
8. Click UPDATE.
9. Select a King or 2 Doubles and click BOOK NOW, PAY LATER.
10. Complete Guest Registration
11. Click box to accept hotel terms
12. Click COMPLETE REGISTRATION.
