Friday Dinner in Hotel

After last year’s success of the Friday night event, we put together another excellent evening for attendees.  Past Captain Marland “Doc” Townsend helped us bring B C Thomas to tell us of his years as a pilot of our SR-71 “Blackbird” spy plane.  Another rare opportunity for our reunion attendees.  The evening will start with a first class buffet with this menu:

Caesar Salad with Parmesan, Croutons, Traditional Dressing

Herb Rubbed Breast of Chicken with Asparagus and Pan Sauce

Pan Seared Salmon with a Citrus Shallot Sauce

Roasted Mediterranean Vegetables with Basil and Olive Oil

Fruit Tartlets

Water Pitchers on each table

Freshly Brewed Coffee/Tea/Decaf
