Saturday Banquet in Hotel

As we meet for our 9th reunion, the most important event each year is the Saturday night banquet.  Since our first banquet in Bremerton, we have strived to make this the high point of our reunion.  Each banquet has highlighted a past Captain (7) or XO (1).  This year, our next to last Captain and 23rd, David C. Dykhoff will be our presenter.  He will share about his time as our leader from February 14, 2003 to April 8, 2004.  We look forward to hearing his stories.  A local color guard will present our nation’s colors.  Shipmates will gather, receive a commemorative engraved shot glass, and as has been the tradition, toast our departed comrades.  Taps is then played followed by the reading of their names with two bells between each name.  The evening meal is a plated dinner:
